Returns for full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is not free. We will accept returns for items in their original unused condition, with all tags attached, and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to credit cards 30 days after goods are received and inspected.
All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. Upon receipt of returned goods, www.joygryson.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Items purchased at department stores, boutiques, or at any other stores selling Joy Gryson merchandise may not be returned to www.joygryson.com. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges within the Continental United States and Internationally are not free. International shipping is a flat fee of $40, and International shipping is free when you spend more than $300.

Please pack the item securely into a box, including a copy of your packing list and the Return/Exchange (RE) form. Please print clearly the issued Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the box.
